Return Policy
At Happy Colour Design, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer rights law.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

• You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@happycolourdesign.com.

• After your return request is approved, you have another 14 days to return the product.

• The return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
