Dog Collar - Turquesa

The dog collar is a unique Argentinian embroidered polo collar for your dog. All collars from Happy Colour Equestrian are handmade.

The collar is made of high quality buffalo leather. The beautiful stitching that runs along the sides of the collar is woven in the pampa pattern by our craftsmen. The stitching is handwoven and sewn with a traditional technique that has been passed down through several generations of craftsmen in the heart of South America, in La Pampa.

The Turquesa collar consists of three different colored threads; turquoise, silver and white. The collar is available in both black and havana brown leather, and is also available in three different sizes. All our collars and leashes are finished with antique brass colored hardware. Now receive a free matching leash with the collar to complete the set.

All orders over €75.00 are shipped free within the Netherlands! All orders under €75.00 are shipped for €4.95. The delivery time for your order is 1-2 business days.*

Shipping to Belgium
All orders over €120.00 are shipped free to Belgium. All orders under €120.00 are shipped for €8.95. The delivery time for your order is 2-3 business days.*

Shipping to Germany
All orders over €120.00 are shipped free to Germany. All orders under €120.00 are shipped for €8.95. The delivery time for your order is 2-3 business days.*

Ordered before 2pm = shipped the same day
All orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Returns within 28 days of receipt
Are you unhappy with your order? We're very sorry to hear that, and we'd love to hear what we can do to make you happy. At Happy Colour Design, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer rights law.

Conditions for returns:

• During the cooling-off period, you may only use or unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep it. If you return it, please do so – if possible – in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
• You can easily register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via your account, without providing a reason.
  
• After approval of the return notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
• You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Depreciation
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
